It is time to get back to work!!  We have been away from our gyms and our fields.  They have both missed us, but while we wait for the gyms to fully open, we can at least get on the field and put in some needed work! 

 

We have all either NOT done any field work or have done very little, so now its time to get back to the basics and get back to our athletic performance.  Our goal is to address and help develop your specific athletic needs.  Your training will focus on developing the following athletic performance phases: 

 - Speed

 - Agility

 - Change of Direction (COD)

 - Acceleration

 - Conditioning/Endurance

These sessions will run between 1-hour and 1 1/2-hours, per session and will be conducted OUTSIDE with a limitation of 4-6 athletes per class.  Class will be conducted @ the fields @ World of Grace (old Redskings Park in Herndon VA).
